Hi:
Lady bugs are good but sometimes hard to find. An insecticide soap will work really well and won't harm the spinach. Also a homeade solution of Ivory Soap and warm water will kill your bugs.

If the bugs are white, it may be mites, which love to infest in vegetables or shrubs. Try the insecticide soap or make your own from Ivory dishwashing detergent. This should take care of the problem.

If you need any futher suggestions, please feel free to contact me at my website. I will link you to my site map as it has everything that is on my site. Browse through and see if there is any other information that might be helpful to you with any other landscape solutions. Good luck to you and have a great day!

Lady bugs are the best if you can get them.
Other wise
Insecticidal soaps are used against soft bodied insects and mites such as aphids, thrips, white flies, spider mites and immature leafhoppers. Insecticidal soaps have been about 40-50% effective against these pests. Repeated applications may be necessary to adequately control high populations of pests, and close attention should be paid to all details outlined above to achieve maximum control.
