At least three, all ruled Rome during Europes so called Dark ages when the the Europeans were conquered and ruled by Africans.
This period in time is also known as Africa's third golden age. Most people in the US don't get true history because of nationalized racism, its all been altered to exclude the contributions of the African.
The Dark ages had a double meaning.
1. There was no written European History
2. The African Ages

Septimius Severus came from the Roman province of Africa. His family were Carthaginian in origin. Ruled 193-211
Similarly with the Gordians i, II, III. I think they were Roman immigrants though. Ruled 238-244.
