Dogs. They are way better than cats. At least the dog will protect you if someone tried to brake in. The cat would just sit there and lick itself.

Dogs are nice, and so are cats ... but we can't have either, and I have learned that our pets are BEST ... one hedgehog and 42 fish (in two tanks, six breeds). But if we could have cats or dogs, I think we'd keep the pets we have now and get a cat and a dog ...
