Yes, and the buffet I have been to always give you this yummy cheese toast which fills you up, I try not to eat it but cant resist...so then I struggle to eat heaps from the buffet. Then waste money.

That's the exact reason I never go to restaurant buffets! I have absolutely no will power!

yes the buffet was soo big i didnt notice there was a whole other side.

I think buffets are overpriced & low quality anyway. I don't waste my time there.

Yeah, I get full faster than I used to but still gain weight.
