You can report the fraud to your local police, or if the check was issued internationally, check the FBI website for resources.

If somebody wrote you a bad check, they have to give you the money and make good. If hey don't you can report that to the police and have then arrested. YES arrested.
My sister had one of the real estate broker (that she used to work for) arrested because he wrote a bad check.

u cash it in again, and again, and again.
cos everytime u do that, the bank is going to charge the issuer an administration charge... well unless the bank told u, its pointless cos the account was long close.
If the account was close, u can then report to the police to investigate. (CAD)
