Don't "try" to gain weight. Just eat healthy and the older you get, the more likely you'll gain weight as your metabolism slows. Enjoy your thinness while it lasts because most people gain weight as they get older and only wish they lose it!

This worked for me
have a baby
become a single mom
work full time and attempt part time college
eat out alot or buy cheap frozen dinners since you dont have time to actually cook or clean up after making meal.
if your not at work, sit on the side lines or sporting events while your kid plays, try and study and do your home work.
then get a job working 12 hour shifts sitting on your butt. Go home and lay (sleep) in bed for 6-8 hours on the days you work. Then spend your days off doing housework, laundry, shopping, parent teacher things etc etc.
Worked for me, I gained all kinds of weight.

yeah you're somewhat mild i'm a woman and 5`5 and that i weigh alot extra advantageous than you and im no longer over weigh yet seriouly a thank you to pass is devour meat or take vititian pills from a gmc or keep that sells that kinda stuff and drink protein beverages and combine them with protein weight gainers or you may devour fat bars and carry weighs and exercising consultation to get the muscule which will reason u to benefit weigh... desire that i helped. good luck :)

You are a teenager.Many teenagers are very thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teenagers have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. So you should not try to put on weight by eating fatty food, since it may be difficult to lose this fat later.
