Can a towing company charge unnesscary charges legally?

I was just involved in a car accident and the vehicle towing company charged me $175 for towing the vehicle, $100 for cleaning up the mess (barely any mess), and $25 per day for having it in their lot.

Is it legal for them to charge $25 every day? I have no money and I need my car back.

can I sue them for anything or get them to remove the charges?

They can charge you storage for your car on there lot and yes everyday.Its unfail bit legal.Good Luck
