That when you go shopping the grocery and other stores say Meijers for instance puts 40 lanes in and only has 6 open. Especially this time of year , It takes all the fun out of my Holiday shopping.

yes I wonder why when I go to kroger they have allll these aisles & 1, yes ONE is open, with w "special " person crushing your chips, just tryong to help you unload your crap.why o why dont these people open up a few more lines..
& I dont like self check out either..Im about to ask about that..

Just came from Meijer's, most lanes were open, and all were lined up to the clothes racks. I got lucky, found the U-scan line with only 6 people in it! I think I took cuts, but nobody noticed.

i work in a grocery store and sometimes there just arnt that many people there to check. as for the person talking about "special" people crushing chips.....girl, grow up and realize not everyone on the planet is perfect. handicapped people deserve just as much a chance as you do.
as for self check out. the best time to use it is when you dont have anything that youll be ID'd for (alcohol or cigs) as well as produce.

That annoys the crap out of me esp when i see employees sitting there chatting with each other when they darn well could open another lane.
