Well, if you want the darkness to go away, just wax that part. Even though you don't have hair up there, there might be dead skin cells and by having it waxed, the cells will go off and get lighter. Good Luck.

I get my eyebrows and lips waxed once a month because of that.

I agree with the previous lady. Wax your upper lip. You may not actually have a moustache but most of us have hair there that can give that impression. If there's still a problem, use a highlighting stick - something like Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat (there are far cheaper versions now) - in a lighter shade so that the impression of darkness has gone.

if its because of hair, use tweezers to remove them. if the actual skin is getting dark, use a cream with 2% hydroquinone. its make to lighten dark spots on the skin.

Bleaching cream or a face moisterizer that evens you complection.
