mine is to uninstall the os then reinstall it. in fact i do that everyweek, it exercises my computer because i only use it to download porn and make an asss of my self in yahoo answers.

If this is a warning for file-sharing it is a good one. It seems that is all you get when you download stuff on there from what I've heard anyway.
