okay.
so pretty much im matured i think. I started my period when i was ten.
and now 4 years later my boobs have shrinked.
does anyone have any ideas to make them grow?
such as any oils or anything.
and no i refuse to stuff, wear wonderbra.
i want all natural.

You are only fourteen!
You grow into your 20's so please don't worry about your breast size.

ok the thing is, breasts do not always develop fully until your mid 20s. its true. my mother had nothing until she was like 25. i am 22 and still waiting for it to happen to me. Miss A cup here.
at the same time, think of what an advantage it is to hvae small breats. you dont even necessarily have to wear a bra. i never do. it doesnt hurt when you exercise, people dont stare at you just for that. its great.

did they grow and then shrink or they never grew i am confused. dont worry when i was 14 mine didnt grow eather but now i am 23 and they grew lol so ull be fine and no oil on earth is gona make them grow sorry but on tv i saw a girl was using like these suction things and they grew a lil but she had to do it 11 hours a day i dont think that i would stick to it but umight

Breast tissue is mostly fat. When you lose weight, that's one of the first places it shows.
At 14, you're not done growing yet - look at the high school seniors compared to girls your age. And even when you fill out, you may still be blessed with a slender bust - lots of guys like that look.

There are no creams or oils or anything like that to increase your breast size. You may be a late bloomer, so give it some time. Or else you'll be small chested and NOTHING is wrong with that :)

What do you mean they "shrinked"? That is not what is normal, so I suggest you see your doctor and ask why.
