You have it spot on Bex! By putting out positive thoughts instead of negative ones. Positivity creates more positivity and negativity the opposite. Thought is very very powerful and just one nasty thought can have a devestating affect. Also by not being judgemental, by being kind to each other and helping each other - oh what a different place the world would be Bex but we can all do our little bit by being positive. xx

Jesus instructed a certain Nun in 1931 to tell mankind how to achieve peace. The problem is Christians who live their life by the Bible refuse to believe anything that is not mentioned in Scripture. Therefore, Apparitions of Jesus are impossible to believe in because it is not in the Bible, even though these have happened 1600 years after the Bible was written. The same with Mary appearing at Medjugorje which she is still doing now. They believe in a God they can't see, but they don't believe in a God who can "visit" people.

We have to start with what you see every day...if you see something wrong in your town/neighborhood, that's the first step...try to do something about it, get others involved...don't just look away. "Pay it forward " is a good concept but to many have tried to bite off more than they can chew and end up quiting and forgetting. The answer is'nt always global...but then neither is our everyday lifes...Good Luck, I'm with you.

I like your thinking on this one.....I don't think I really understood the term "pay it forward" until I read your explanation....but it sounds like a great idea to me! Whipass has a good point, too....we can each help by doing our own little bit.....little things do mean such a lot sometimes....as I am sure you know.

It certainly would be a better world if we all would pay it forward.People sometimes think we can't change the whole world but we can make a difference ,one person at a time. There is a saying "you may be only one person in the world but you may be the world to one person".What to do to make change? Why not simply do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

- By terminating greed and the desire for power before taking any decision.
- Be always just and fair when deeling with people.
- By working hard and checking yourself:if God's commandments are obeyed before doing anything.
- Be satisfied and grateful with the well-being and favours ,God (Allah) has best owed on us.

If I forgive the people in my past, I will treat people in my future with respect. Now, if we all do that, eventually nobody will ever need to forgive ever again! Can you imagine the peace on earth!
