Yes, to the pigtails. Especially the higher ones where the hair tie goes above the ears. The lower ones with the hair tie below the ears are fine for teens I guess...20s+ shouldn't.
And every girl and maybe guys too...can wear ponytails!

Ponytails are great for anyone. Now 'pigtails' might be a bit different but I'm a firm believer in having your own style so if you want to wear your 'piggys' I say go for it! Not sure you could do a job interview with em...but I don't know how old you are...

well high pigtails are, but if you go for the low pigtails, they can look really cute. And not in a little kid way.

ponytails definitely aren't lol, but apparently you meant pigtails... and in my opinion: yes. I think they're just a little bit childish but besides that, they're not very flattering on many people! but if you like it and it works for you, then sure why not

I think I saw a poll done somewhere of guys and they said that the ponytail is one of the sexiest hairstyles on a woman!

no not at all. There are ways to update them. Look at any of the celebs, chances are one of them has their hair up in a ponytail and the way that they do it makes it look older and stylish
