Britney spears sister Jamie Spears is having a baby?Holy!Thats surprising i barely found this out on the news.Shes only 16?Isn't it against the law to date guys 18 when your under 18?Do you think this is surprising well it surprises me little bit.Do you guys like Britney spears new song peices of me?

Well it didn't surprise we that much it was just a small surprise.She is a little to young to have a baby and shes like happy about it.

I think this is gonna affect her acting career though.I think it's gonna be kinda hard to raise her baby.Oh and hes 18 and shes 16.Wow too she gave it out to the whole world on the news.

Heck yeah! I don't think dating an 18 year old person is against the law, but still it is a bad idea though. When I heard it, I like omg!!! And I hate Britney Spears song! Gee, Britney is a worst big sister to Jamie Spears! Nice job! Now, they're crawling to forgiveness.

Usually the age of consent is 16. There are limitations (with people in authority, like police or teachers) but if people are pretty close in most states it's allowed.
I think Jamie is in a high-speed world, and I hope she doesn't tank like her sister. She seems to be a little bit smarter than that, but at that age, given the intense pressure, it's really hard to manage your life. I hope she does okay, but 16 is pretty young, nowadays, for anyone.

no this doesnt surprise me . and it is against the law . brittany spears new song is good just not her . and i knew that one day jamie would end up like her sister . just like a month ago i said shes going to be the only decent one in the family but i was wrong . and brittany has eloped i heard . well you can only blame their parents !merry christmas and a happy new year !

there's no law about dating ages. But i heard yesterday and i was like WHOA, her boyfriend was like 18 and they had moved in together. I wonder how she's going to continue her show on Nick...
I feel extremely bad for her parents because this year-
Britney has:
shaved her head
gone to rehab
had public mood swings
and alot more
All that,and PLUS the fact that their 16 yr old daughter is pregnant........

Usually when kids have kids we feel so bad because they rarely have the means in which to provide a good home for them. However in this case I don't see that as being a problem. I'm sure the child will be well provided for. In my opinion. Kids especially celebrity kids grow up way too quickly.

you know, if they followed the law with this "underage dating" more than 1/2 of all the kids dating would be arrested. i don't think it is fair for a male to be held liable for dating a girl under the age..........especially when the girl knows how old he is.....takes two to tango!
