For the GLI, its general admission seating in the upper bowl end sections for rows 13 and above. Hence the section name GA13 (GA meaning general admission). Therefore you can chose any seats in the upper level, row 13 or above, in the sections behind either goal (sections 203c to 226a or sections 212a to 217c).
