i would definitely seek medical attention. OK. because i have lost 3 relatives just this year ,no two and a spouse OK. and if i saw one at the store (i see them in dreams nightly) i would think that it's time for some medication . or some physio therapy for sure.

Get a bag of beer and a six pack of chips and go home and watch 'The Office".
Or if they are really dead at the store probably call 911.

I'd freak!!! I'd find the nearest corner and go lay in the fetal position yelling, "Its not a dream, it's not a dream!" But hey, that's just me.

omg same thing happens to me i see my grandma every where and it feels real i talk to her and she talks back i dunno if im crazy but ppl started to think i was because i talked to my self. so i asked her to leave nicely and she did i told her i would'nt forget her. try that it worked for me. or maybe you miss that person so much and you no that theyv been in the store befoe you amagined it and made your self believe it was real. you need to let go
