does anyone know any cheap halls to throw a party at in the richmond california area? somewhere around $200?

i would like to throw a part and not spend a lot of money. the idea is to make money. so i need a cheap hall that can fit a lot of people! please help!

Two HUNDRED?!?!?!?!?

Not likely - halls tend to go for at LEAST $500-2000 - and that's JUST for the hall ;);););)
