My fiance and I would like to send something to his sister but don't know what is allowed. I know I can check with the prison, but I'd like some quick ideas from you guys about what you might know.

Books! Specifically, Mary Sparrowdancer's "Love Song of the Universe."

It is being passed around our local women's prison, and everyone loves it.

I am being serious and you're going to laugh -- for real. Go to the bookstore -- there are these books called "Uncle Johns Bathroom Readers" -- I KNOW you would think -- if you saw them that they are a good gift for a man....but they are funny, interesting, awesome -- SO MUCH information in them. Seriously, check them out -- they'll be in the "comedy section" of the book store -- we HONESTLY have every single issue -- she'll laugh at first and then go "damn, this IS a good book" --- this is not a joke at all. And I wouldn't be mean - people make mistakes....

A lot of prisons offer a list that you can buy from, and it will be given to the prisoner through the prison. it is done this way for security reasons. Another thing you can do is put money on her books so that she can buy needed things from the canteen.

I would send her something that will keep her warm and happy during the holdiays. Maybe get a blanket for her and some personal care items. And maybe make a scrapbook of her family and favorite things in the world to make her happy.

Prisoners cannot receive gifts. A card or money in their account is about the only thing that would be allowed. Or a sexy shot of a guy, as long as his genitals are not revealed, it should be okay.

i think of of i'd desire to pass with a effective necklace you're arranged to be waiting to desire to even purchase matching rings yet defiantly a necklace. i'd desire to attempt to come across some difficulty that would journey each and every little difficulty in spite of the fact that so she would desire to desire to located on it continuously. possibly black hills gold? or gold or silver with a sprint some difficulty like a heart on it? i does no longer pass with some difficulty super and goddy in spite of the fact that some difficulty small and woman would desire to be effective.
