first, counseling.
second, try things on for size. go on dates regularly, maybe begin with once a month, then work towards once a week. if and when that feels comfortable, try being with each other for a whole weekend.
only time is going to prove whether or not things have changed, and for the better. just it bit by bit, become reacquainted with one another while remaining cautiously aware that things may in fact never changed, nor ever will.

Listen to your heart. It was my experience that after the seperation, there was no going back. How can you trust they were faithful after being free for 3 months?
