gel feels weird. I feel like paste sticks to my teeth (not in a bad way) which makes me feel like I am getting a better clean. I usually use more gell when brushing than I do with paste. You get the better bang for the buck with paste i think.

I use Mentadent which is BOTH a gel and a paste.
If I can only choose one I would say paste, as that makes my teeth feel cleaner than gel.

I only used paste until i met my man who will only use gel and now i wont use paste.
