If he's the one carrying the baby for 9 months...sure it should be his choice.
Since he's not....then it isn't his choice, sorry.
Having permission of both simply wouldn't work. Do you know how many men would simply be jerks for whatever reason and force the woman to carry the baby but disappear when it comes time to support it?
It needs to be a woman's choice.

Okay in most cases abbortions are accidental meaning neither party was trying for it. Im sure the woman will consult with the man but realy the choice has to be with the mother. I also dont think a man should have the right to force a woman to give birth because he wants to keep the baby. And with the both father and mother signing thing wouldnt work because what if the father ran off and was no were to befound? And it would be easy to bypass by getting another man to sign the paper.

If the father was willing to sign a document agreeing to take sole responsibility for the child, and be it's custodial and care-taking parent, then I believe he should be able to do so, but he would have to support and pay for the woman's needs until she gave birth. If she has issues with employment and income, these should be addressed also. There is too much casualness about starting a new life, then casting it aside like trash. Everyone circumstances are different, so me deciding what someone else should do or not do is not my business. I am in favor of people having more control over their own lives and circumstances, not less.

There are 2 votes. If one votes for abortion and the other against, the woman gets the tie breaker. You have a problem. So what do you do? Well, put a thumb on the scale for the woman.
Well, once you put a thumb on the scale for the woman you might as well just let her decide. End of story.
When doctors invent a way to have both men and women become pregnant, then the correct answer to your question will be yes. Why? because there'll be no reason to put a thumb on the scale for the woman. And the doctors can just have the fetus moved to the father if he wants it.
Sadly, we don't live in a world where we can do that.

If the mother has a good relationship with the father, it's likely they'll talk the situation out and make a decision together. Most women who have abortions are doing so because they don't have a good relationship with the father and won't have a good support system from him if she keeps the child. She is obviously too scared to have a child with him, so why would she even bother telling him she's pregnant?

It is both the parent's choice, if the mother doesn't want the child but the father does then the father should care for the child and if it's the other way around the mother should care for the child but I honestly think abortions are wrong but both parents should have a say because they are responsible for creating the child in the first place

Of course the father should have a say in it. Most of it is on the mother, really, but people tend to forget that women don't just magically make babies on their own. Men help. I mean, it's not fair for a woman to give the father absolutely no say in the matter and then later be like, "Oh, by the way, you have to support this child, whether you're ready or not."

Im personally against abortion. However, If you are pro-choice then I think it should be mandatory at these facilities to have a father sign off on the paperwork after all you are terminating his offspring too. If one wants to keep it and the other doesnt then they go to court.

As long as it wasn't rape or incest, I don't see why the father's voice should not be heard in the decision making.

I think so. If he has no choice, he should never have to pay child support, ever.
