I know there are places that put you with someone to exchange homes for vacation, don't recall the names of them though. Personally I think exchanging grandmas sounds good. That way I could get a vacation.

I haven't heard of such a program. but wouldn't that be a great idea!

EDIT: Well, I found one, but it's nothing as exciting as getting to visit other countries.

What is the Senior Exchange Program?
The Senior Exchange Program allows residents age 55 and over who live within the district to share their expertise with students and staff. As an incentive to involve seniors in the educational program, the district reimburses them for their time. This partnership not only enhances the district's educational program by bringing seniors and students together to share their knowledge and experiences but also provides senior citizens with property tax relief.

It sounds like a great idea especially to save on vacations, except I don't live anywhere near a place people would want to vacation. LOL

i might look into rotary communities/golf equipment on your interior reach section. Many friends of mine went everywhere in the country (which comprise Italy!) via rotary. i'm no longer an authority at what they supply, yet i understand its an excellent application for extreme college pupils!

That would be fun for those in good health. But too many need to be close to their doctors and such.
