When ever I'm playing a game on my laptop, like sims or something online, my laptop, fan starts working really hard. I mean its shooting out lots of hot air, this always happens when I have the power cord plugged in.

When I run on battery alone it doesn't make anywhere near as much noise, its like its quite, itsn't not making the heavy fan noise.

Is there any way to keep it from making that heavy fan noise when I have the power cord plugged in? Because my battery will last maybe 1 to 1:30 max.

Hi. When you run on batteries alone the CPU is throttled back for power reduction. Check that the heat sink and fans are clean. Blow out any dust.

it should stop when the battery get's fully charged. It will run hot if it's running and trying to charge the battery at the same time. Pull the battery out when it's plugged into the wall and see if the fan stops. I bet it will. Modern day laptops run a lot hotter than they did 5 years ago, so it's an issue these days.
