IF YOU MEAN THE END of dispositions AND of people like the following , who do not wish to change their attitudes & ways, it would be great:
(2 Timothy 3:1-5) “. . .But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away.......
....13 But wicked men and impostors will advance from bad to worse, misleading and being misled."
--NOTICE THE certainty of the demise of weed like individuals of which we could become, and their outcome:
(Psalm 92:7) “. . .When the wicked ones sprout as the vegetation And all the practicers of what is hurtful blossom forth, It is that they may be annihilated forever.”
--IT WOULD BE an adventure to not have to cope with qualities like above and those practice them!
--THE ADVENTURE to be had is that those left over on the earth as the "meek ones" would find pleasure in truly exploring the earth without the dangers of traveling & the million other things that make it difficult for some 90% or so of the earths population to suffer difficulties and limitations!
--WE ARE INDEED deep into the "time of the end" or "last days" that will require God's intervention, thus the following adventurous scenario will indeed come about:
(Psalm 37:10-11) “. . .And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more; And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their EXQUISITE DELIGHT (my caps) in the abundance of peace. . .”
--IT INDEED does have to happen sometime in fulfillment of the promise Christ made of a heavenly rule as stated "......thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven......"Matthew 6:9
That hope is held out in the Bible!

Are you referring to judgement day prior to the end of the world,which some people believe could be in 2012 ? I guess it depends if you believe in God or not.God's mother ,Mary has given us a sign. She said ;"When you see a night illuminated by an unknown light,know that this is the great sign from God that the chastisement of the world for its many transgressions is at hand,through war,famine,persecution of the Church and of the Holy Father,"

I have had many life experiences in 59 years of living.
I divide them into two groups:
1. Life experiences gone good
2.Life experiences gone sour or bad
To cure depression I would quit feeling sorry for myself and go find others in worse shape and lend a helping hand....like a nursing home or the animal shelter. When you give of yourself you will find joy!!!! and adventures!

The end of a day?
Im done. I can relax. If I dont feel like relaxing I plan the next
day. Tomorrow is a new day and I can make it a better one than the last.

If the end of days was near I would be sad because, I can't live my life but, happy that all the bad people will receive there "proper rewards".

MOST DAYS ARE A ADVENTURE , BUT EVERY NOW AND THEN ONE IS DEPRESSING AND I START ANTICIPATING THE NEXT DAY TO TAKE MY MIND OF THE DEPRESSION .
