Yes, Self Hypnosis is very possible.

We all go into a hypnotic state several times a day, so it is a natural state to enter.

There are many methods to induce a hypnotic state. There are also some excellent book out there - try Amazon. Give the subject some time before you try it.

to be in full hypnotic stage u wld not b able because whos asking the?s u have to b aware to have some snap u out.............i suggest u have it done by a liscened hypnosis and good luck

I actually did this once by accident while watching T.V. one night when I was really tired. When I snapped out of it I found myself clapping at some entertainment program. I have no idea why I was clapping.
