Yes, it's perfectly normal; I know many guys with long lashes.
I'm very jealous of them, I have little eyelash stubs.

No, not at all. I'm a Guy and my Brother and I have long, thick eyelashes, to the point of many compliments (thank you, Girls).
But, the funniest part was when he was in Grade school 6 or 7 yrs. old he needed to wear glasses for a short time. So when you looked and sopke to him when he'd blink, his lashes would touch the glasses like wipers.......was cute & funny at the same time.

Yes - it is one of the reasons I married my husband!
