Artificial 4 me... I prefer not to cut down a tree for the sole purpose of having it in a house for 2-3 weeks. Plus, it is too much maintenance.
You can have an artificial tree for many years & purchase scents to have it smell real.

I just got one of those artifial trees from Costco here in Canada, its white & made to go indoor or outdoor, it lights up on it's own> My wife set it up in the kitchen by the window & when you shut all the rest of the kitchen lights out and go stand outside in the driveway it looks awesome. All for $69.00 canadian currancy..

We always get a real one. Except one year due to health reason we didn't. I decorated my weeping fig tree. U do the best U can with what U have. Be good Be happy
