Everytime I do anything this happens in exact order: I get yelled at, I get in trouble, I get angry, I get in more trouble, I quit doing whatever I was doing forever. Happens on the internet and off. Am I supposed to just go to websites and not even type a single letter?

Welcome to the elite club. Sometimes stuff happens and people take their anger, feelings, frustrations on whoever happens to be around. Sometimes I get the feeling there is a target on my forehead and it says kick me while I'm done. Lie about me~ go ahead. This is life and no one is immune I'm afraid. Try not to get discouraged.

Aw, you can do plenty of things right. Just focus on those instead of whatever it is that you do wrong.
Everyone has bad days :)
Besides, you've done tons of things right just by asking this question: venting on Y!A, writing coherently, spelling everything right, using punctuation, etc.
