YA CANT!
UNLESS:
you spend the time researching and downloading EMULATORS, and downloading the games. Chouck out blogs or somthing. It is possible, just takes a lot of work. It IS possible, but it takes a lot of work. And you cant play cartridges, you have to download ROM files. also, THIS MAY VOID YOUR WARRANTY OR MESS UP YOUR PSP.
EDIT:
there are no DS emulators I know of that will do that, but you can probably do NES, Sega Genesis, or GB Advance.

ehehe sorry i dont think u can... their used to be a PSP emulator which could place games on the PSP but i think the firmware above 2006 october stoppped that from happening :) sorry!

You can't. DS is made by Nintendo and PSP is made by Sony.

it is not impossible you need to download a mod through wifi for ds gaes you can download them unto your sd card gl
