is it possible for my email from aol to be forwarded to someone else email without me knowing? Like to 'spy'

That is really not possible. AOL, servers only send an email to whom it is addressed to. You yourself have the options to forward any incoming email that you receive.

I havent heard of this as yet.. but considering spywares can send emails out of your mail client without you noticing it.. I am sure this is very much possible.
scan your computer with a good scan sweeper if you beleive this is happening.
