I've become rather good at creating digital scrapbook pages and i would love to beable to create digital scrapbooks for other people and beable to print them and sell them..... Anyone know of any good sites or companies where i could sumbit digital scrapbook pages and they could print them into books?

i mean like an actually site that makes the books from the files make and then they can be purchsed....

You can just launch your own website on any server. There are lots of people who already do.

Check out www.frommemoriestobooks.com. The company is called Heritage Makers. It's a digital scrapbooking site (completely online) that you can make your book with them, then just hit "publish" and two weeks later you have a beautiful hardbound, archival quality book!! It's $20 per month membership that gives you over 30,000 papers and embellishments with the ability to add your own too! If you want more info, I'd be happy to share!
