If you need one for X-mas, more than likely they will be sold out everywhere. Do not go on E-Bay as you will get ripped off, big time! They announced on the news that most places that sell the Wii, will give you a rain check and the Co. promised to have them ready by January. I'd suggest getting a rain check and put a pic of the Wii in an envelope and give that as a promise it will be coming ASAP!.......At least this way you will get one and who ever you were buying it for will be more than excited with anticipation.....good luck and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! ...... ;)

First off what I would do is go to your local best buy or any place you know were they sell Wiis. Then go there every day or call. They get shipments sometimes during the Week and you might miss it. So yeah try everyday.
This week I heard the Nintendo is going to ship a HUGE amount of Wiis. So this week is going to be good to find one.

im looking to sell my wii. i just bought it on sunday (12-16-07) at target and everything is brand new. comes with all the cable hookups and wii sports plus the controllers. i haven't even taken it out of the box

All you have to do is to search in stores like Target, Wal-Mart, Circuit City, Best Buy, Gamestop, and many other places. Mainly you should do that on a Sunday or go everyday right when the store opens. That's how i got mine. i hope that helped you!

Toysrus get shipments every sunday morning. they get sold out very fast. Also try and use wiitracker.com i went to toysrus and they had sold around 30 wiis in 10 MINS. I WORK THERE.
