If you mean the speed that the hurricane itself is moving (not wind speed), then it will depend on several factors such as the speed and direction of winds high in the atmosphere and the location of fronts or high/low pressure systems near the hurricane that will guide it. Some hurricanes can remain in one place for a while, while others can travel as fast as 40 miles per hour under the right conditions.

If you meant the wind speeds of the hurricane, then it's at least 74 mph. As you may know, hurricane strengths based on wind speeds are broken down into categories...
Category 1: 74-95 mph
Category 2: 96-110 mph
Category 3: 111-130 mph
Category 4: 131-155 mph
Category 5: 155 and above mph

Each travels at a different speed. To become a hurricane, they have to travel at 75 (or more) miles per hour.

hurricanes are storms that have great wind. there are times when a storm can be rotating, but litrally moving 0 mph. extra tropical hurricanes can move 70 mph. grnerally most move at 10.
the slower it goes less wind, but more rain.
if it goes fast then wind will be greater and rain will be lower.
