As long as both are over age 18, no, 15 years is not a big deal.
I am 29, my boyfriend is 51.
When I was 19, I dated a 56 year old.
When I was 20, I had an intimate relationship with a 79 year old.

Are both parties over the age of 18?
Also, how old are talking about here?
A 20 year old and a 36 year old are in two very different places in their lives. At 50 and 65 year old are similar in mindset.
As you get older, it doesn't matter as much. But the younger you are and the wider the age gap, the less chance it has of working long-term.

That really depends on the two people involved, some it won't,I believe two older people will have a better chance of making it work, someone 20 and someone 35 might feel the genaration gap a little more than someone35 an someone 45 or 50,it depends what the two expect out of life and each other,I've seen quite a few work out real well.

it depends on the ages. if the younger of the two is a minor then yes it does. i would say anyone over (approx) 26 it wouldn't make a difference. that way the younger has had a little of the life experiences. good luck!

If both parties are over 21, then nope doesnt matter at all. If one party is 18-21, it might matter depending on the person's maturity level, but after 20-21 its all good..

It can make a huge difference, or not. It really depends of the individuals involved in the relationship.

Shouldn't no. But society not accepting it would make it hard on the couple. An Island of your own, let love be your guide.
