If I see it one more time I'm gonna scream. I have to turn my volume down or I'll gonna lose it!!! I think I will purposely not ever shop at the Gap thanks to this stupid ad!!! Good gawd, enough is enough!!!

i think from now on i'm gonna associate the gap with annoying ads on yahoo. it's gonna be a long long time before i shop there again!
somebody needs to let them know that annoying people isn't the way to get people to shop there, and i'm sure many answers users rightfully did.

when ads show up a little tab comes up on the side that let's you block it or you can right click on it and select block. it got rid of the gap ad for me & all the other annoying ads on this site/other sites

No your not the only one, that da*n ad is getting on my last nerve.
You either get the sh*t scared out of you b/c these loud voices come blaring out the speaker or you have to turn it completely down.
And then they give you false sense of security w/ the pause button, you hit the button and you are redirected to the site.
I agree it is enough to make you cautious of stepping foot into a gap store.
I refuse to step foot in the store I think I may end up cussing out a store associte b/c of it.

I HATE THAT AD ... I have to turn the sound off on my computer, which means I have to turn it on when I go to an 'audio' link, and must remember to turn it off again. I like the clothes at Gap, and they have great socks for my husband, but as long as this ad keeps coming on, I am NEVER shopping at Gap ... and if we ALL did that who hate that commercial, and emailed the Gap online that we are NOT shopping with them until they remove their stupid ad, maybe we can GET RID OF IT!

It's absolutely ridiculous. I will never shop at the Gap either.
What a terrible way to advertise. I blame Yahoo as well for allowing this. How do we complain?

I don't like it,I hit pause on every page(if I miss the pause the Ad opens),or just turn the sound off.Noise Pollution.That's a good point to bring up.

I agree!!! There are a bunch of commercials on tv that are so annoying that I refuse to buy their product just because of it! lol. These companies should learn to make less annoying commercials.
