HELP ME! Im soo stressed out right now. My grandmother has 18 months at the most to live. We dont even have a christmas tree yet and we didnt really put decorations up. I found out that some girls that i have known since 4th grade and thought i was best friends with dont like me. Im hated by them. I only have one friend at school that i never get to see. Im excluded at school by my so called "friends" all of the time.My mom is in a fight with one of the girls' mother. I have a bronchitis. Ive been out of shool for 3 days and I have 3 tests that i have to make up tomorrow that i havent really studied for. I ate some bad bacon and i feel sick to my stomach. My brother is yelling. I have to go to school tomorrow and i just want to throw up now so i might feel better in the morning. What do i do?????

I'm sorry about your grandma, I can empathize because my grandma on my mom's side died 7 years ago and that really stressed me out. If you ever need to talk about that please feel free to e-mail or IM me off site any time.

As for the stomach, try some ginger ale or making a tea out of fresh ginger by boiling some water for a few minutes and then adding a couple of slices of ginger to the water and let it cook for a few more minutes.

You mentioned that you have been dealing with bronchitis, ask the doctor (you can call to ask this next week if they are open after Mon) if it's ok to apply an ointment type product called Vicks which can help with the breathing to open things up. Also, ask him if it's ok for you to take B Complex (it's a group of several B vitamins) because I have found that is also helpful to stressful situations.

Above all else, let your mom know that you are concerned about all these things. If you can't talk to her try talking to another female adult family member to see if they might be able to help.
