In one sense, of course; you can turn your thoughts from your own locality to the most distant object in the Universe in a fraction of a second. (Eddington, and possibly others, made this rhetorical point many decades ago.)
But if however you mean the speed with which some process resulting in what you call thought (in the abstract) happens inside your brain, then just as clearly the answer is NO. Synapses have to fire, and that involves electrical processes happening inside the brain, which cannot proceed faster in communicating themselves than the speed of light.
Live long and prosper.

No, the speed of thought is not faster. Thought is a process of electrical signals interpretid in your brain...electrons can not travel faster than the speed of light.

it depends on how tough the questions is........if it is really easy than maybe the speed of thought, but for the most part it would be the speed of light!!! Like seeing lightning before you hear it's thunder!!!

nope, its all neurons firing electrical impulses, which travel at almost the speed of light. But not faster than it.

Yes, most definitely.
Have you ever smelled something and instantly your thoughts are of the exact time when you smelled it the first time many years earlier?
Light ain't got nothin' on the brain.
