I forgot the title of this cheap-as-dirt horror film; my vague recollection seems to recall a playboy business man, who gets a strange bottle of wine in the mail. Upon drinking the strange tasting wine, he becomes possessed a vampire, hellbent on revenge against the ones who originally killed the undead creature...

...any ideas, anyone???

...sounds a lot like the ultra-low-budget 1967 horror cheapie, culled from the Godfather of Gore, himself, Herschell Gordon Lewis, and called "A Taste of Blood"; in the film, a guy, who just happens to be the last living descendent of Count Dracula himself, inherits a mysterious bottle of wine. The rest pretty much follows your description, to the letter...
