Lots of fluids like orange juice, hot lemon with honey. Stay warm, get plenty of rest and you should start feeling better. The best thing is~~don't get one. Ha! Fat chance of that. If you are sick and~I hope you aren't~~get better quick. I am sending you a warm hug. xo

You too??? Are you in Florida? It's been warm here but the "cold" is all over the place --- unfortunately, I prefer to take something to feel better. Otherwise, you just have to wait it out.....sorry.

Natural ways are truly the best.

Hot tea for sure. Try to heat pad at night. Peppermints have always worked wonders for me as well.

Drink A LOT of fluids (water, tea, orange juice, etc.), so you can pee out all the bad stuff in your body. And of course, get a lot of rest!

Take extra vitamin C . If I take vit. C every four hours like you do aspirin, I notice that I get better quicker
