This was the story put out by the Cuban cigar makers to encourage more men to smoke cigars back in the 19th century.

Actually the Cuban [Havana] cigar, which is still made by hand, can be made by both men and women in a cigar factory. The tobacco leafs are simply rolled together on a small wooden board.

This is an urban myth.

Cuban cigars are rolled in factories by factory workers who look, act and smell like factory workers the world over.

It is the same process that operates when your burger is not lovingly crafted by an attractive teenager, but is slapped together by a minimum wage, disaffected, 'couldn't give a fu*k' corporate drop out.

If you want evidence...you will need to open your eyes.
