I have to wake up at 5 am. It is too early for bed though, it's only 6:50.

No later than 10 PM. I usually get up at 8. I go to bed between noon and 1PM.

I've to be up at 7 but i cant go to bed til i know im ready to sleep otherwise im tossing and turning half the night
