if you use the internet on the wii at one location then use it at another will you have to buy it again?

once it's on your wii, it's there unless you delete it. Also, you can re-download things you have purchased, so once you buy it you can always have it on that Wii.
You might have to reconfigure the connection settings is all.

You have to configure the Wii the other internet setup. There are 3 selection of what connection you want. Save it as another connection so when you go back there you just click and connect with that. If it is wired connection, then just plug it in and get Wii surfing!
