in my school there is this guy thats really like strong ,got big biceps and everything. And then there is another guy thats not as big as him but pretty ripped that could beat him in arm wrestle.. why is that.. What type of training would you have to do to get power like that. Being skinny but like strongg

Heavy weights or bodyweight excercises done quickly with less rest in between. Big muscles dont always equal strength. Some guys have muscles that are pumped but think of them as balloons, solid looking but not really full.

It's because strength has more to do with muscle density than with muscle size. Look at Bruce Lee, for example. Tiny guy, but ridiculously strong. It has a lot to do with the way you're built and how you train.

Some people are just stronger than others. How come a short guy might be able to jump higher than a tall guy? How come a short guy might be faster than a tall guy (who might be skinnier) it just happens.

Having muscles doesn't mean your strong.This is why you should pay attention in health class ,especially if your in High School because they should have taught you this in middle school.
