If you mean one that supports redbook audio, no. By definition this cannot go onto DVD media.

You may be able to encode them onto the DVD media in such a way that they will pay in some of the more advanced audio decks (some will even play DVD movies as audios) but that is a crap shoot on what your player supports.

What do you mean "out of a DVD-R"?

If you have a DVD-R, and you want to condense the audio stuff on it to a music CD, sure. Depends on what's ON the DVD-R.

If you want to make a DVD-R play in a CD player, no way.

Please clarify your question.
