Yes,all questions can't have a yes/no answer and as soon as you start to explain your reply it's chatting anyway.

I know how you feel the same thing happen to me a couple of weeks ago, so I appealed and in both the first and the second appeal I ask for clarification concerning the reason! The answer to my first appeal talk about a deleted answer, when my was a deleted question, and gave no information as to why! The second was the same robotic reply just saying the it was found to be in violation of the GL's! They are Robots, there is no one real at the other end! Yahoo appeal is a Joke!

yes,when one examines closely most questions they could be construed as virtually all chatty.
Further almost everyone will and or can be offended by a question and or an answer doesn't mean they are being harassing by intent to harm,yet using the tou as loosely as some do almost any question/answer could be against it.

Definitely! That's what they got me on, and that is TOTALLY STUPID!!! How does asking a question that elicits a response, even if it IS from someone you know, amount to "chatting"??? MORONS!!! Or, as "Daisy" says, MOW-RONS!!!
