It doesn't go anywhere by itself. It has to be installed on a chassis with wheels and tires and a transmission and all the other stuff... I have ridden a 100cc motorcycle at well over 65 MPH.

To accurately calculate top speed, you must have the following numbers...
Torque and horsepower for the motor...
Weight of the vehicle with the rider...
Final drive ratio...
There are also many other factors such as aerodynamics, tire size, tire PSI, altitude, etc. etc.
No "easy" formula...

In 1964, Balti got a 50cc 16 cyl stroker to run at 112mph over a flying Klm.
My point is, it will go as quick as you want, the real question is, WHAT BIKE IS IT ?
