Depends on the state you are in and what type of divorce it is. If children are involved, etc.
A little more info could help give a better answer, but..
Anywhere from 1 month to 2 years, or more. Depends on if both spouses are consenting to the divorce, if you know where your soon to be ex lives, etc.

Divorce lasts a lifetime....depends on the state on how long the preliminaries of the documentation takes....

Mine took less than 30 days. My ex and I had agreed on pretty much everything i.e. who the kids would live with, who got what, etc. and the courts sped it through.
