No, you are not fat. Also, who else thinks "hello_good_friend" just tries to make other people feel bad about themselves to make herself feel better. Seriously- check out her postings to people who ask anything about their weight, or looks. She's just insecure w/herself. ANYWAYS- hun, you are not fat... have a good day!! :o)

You are not overweight until you go over 150lb and no you are not supposed to be 125lb.....that add 5lb per inch rule is bullsh*t and people need to stop using it for anyone over the age of 15!

And if a lot of your weight is from muscle, then you are probably absolutely fine. A young adult female should have under 30% body fat and they say under 25% body fat is ideal for optimal fitness, but don't sweat it if you are between 25%-30% because it's still healthy.

I'm 26, 5'5 and 146lbs, size 8. You sound very healthy to me!! Remember that it's not about the number of your weight. I have a 26 inch waist, but just very thick thighs and butt because that's how I was made. As long as you exercise regularly and feel healthy, don't worry about the number ;)

Depends on how you carry it.

I just goolged this Ferlito person. She's pretty, but that's really her face. So, you have a body like hers, at 5'5" and a buck fifty, I wouldn't sweat it. Seems like she's a looker.

I've also seen girls your height and weight that carry it like a bag of cottage cheese.

If you are at all fit, or even a little athletic, chances are you carry it well enough.

Your chunky/thick
Just make sure to eat healthy because your a couple pounds overweight. And if you don't watch aout you'll be 150, then 155, 160, etc.

But your not fat right now.

Just take care of yourself.

By the scale you are just a little over weight. You suppose to weight 120-135 :)

Well, for every inch over 5ft, you should be 5 pounds over 100. So if you're 5'1" you should be about 105lbs.
If you're 5'5" you should be around 125.
