Gil Gerard played "Buck Rogers" in the tv show - side note Buster Crabbe who played Flash Gordon and Buck Rogers in old black n white matinee shows appeared in an episode of Buck Rogers with Gil Gerard.

In the first 1939 movie/serials of Buck Rogers, he was played by Buster Crabbe, the same who played Flash Gordon. he also played in a boatload of B movies, mostly westerns and adventure type movies, too many to name here. Check the name on IMDB.com.
Gil Gerard, Kem Dibbs and Robert Pastene all played Buck in various TV versions.

Buster Crabbe, now he played flash gordon in an old serial i think also Buck Rodgers, also played tarzan same serial company RKO Picture look there? too!

Which one? You do realize that Buster Crabbe played Buck Rogers in the 1930s don't you? Then in the eighties they had that guy I can't remember on TV.
