One of the things about Honda cars is that they have a "learned idle" that conforms to the way you drive the car. When you change a battery that learned idle is erased. You have to 'teach' the car what the idle should be after you change a battery.

to do that, start the car and bring the engine to operating temperature. then turn off all of the accessories--the defroster/heater/air conditioner/headlights/audio system and anything else electfrical. Turn the engine off, set your parking brake and put the transmission in neutral. Then, restart the engine--do not touch the gas pedal. let the engine idle with the transmission in neutral and the parking brake applied for 10 minutes without doing anything. Then shut the car off.

if you hear the engine cooling fan come on you'll have to wait for it to go off before you start the clock running. The engine has to run a minimum of 5 minutes without the cooling fan on to set the idle in memory.

Once the time period has elapsed shut the engine off, re-start the car and drive it. It should stop stalling. If it doesn't, have someone check the mechanical idle adjustment.

I think you'll find that the idle relearn will do the trick

hope that helps
